LNG BOG Compressor

Short Description:

       There will be volatile flash steam (BOG gas) in LNG storage equipment. In order to make full use of this part of the gas, BOG can be pressurized to a certain pressure through a compressor and directly supplied to the urban pipeline network for use, or it can be pressurized to 25MPa for transportation Use at CNG station.
Compressors for BOG recovery are divided into 4 basic types according to normal working conditions: 100Nm3/h (50~150Nm3/h), 300Nm3/h (200~400Nm3/h), 500Nm3/h (400~700Nm3/h), 1000Nm3/h (800~1500Nm3/h).
        The low-pressure pipeline compressor adopts Z-type (vertical), one-stage compression, fully air-cooled, oil-free reciprocating piston compressor, and the medium-pressure pipeline compressor mostly adopts V-type or D-type, two to three-stage compression , All air-cooled, oil-free reciprocating piston engine.
The compressor for high-pressure CNG refueling adopts V-type, W-type or D-type, four-stage compression (discharge pressure of 20.0~25.0MPa), fully air-cooled, micro-oil reciprocating piston compressor.
The standard compressor skid includes a soundproof protection box, a compressor host, a front separation buffer, an interstage separator, an explosion-proof motor, transmission parts, a common base, a gas circuit system, a cooling system, a sewage system, an operating instrument system, PLC electrical control system and other components, all equipment is integrated on the skid.
  The process pipe port of the compressor is connected to the outside of the base, and is equipped with relevant flanges/joints, and both the base and the box body are equipped with lifting devices, which is convenient for on-site installation.

    Piston compressor is a kind of piston reciprocating motion to make gas pressurization and gas delivery compressor mainly consists of working chamber, transmission parts, body and auxiliary parts.
