1. Poor startup:
The idle speed is not adjusted properly, the idle speed channel is blocked, and the choke door cannot be closed.
Remedy:
Adjust the idle speed according to the idle speed adjustment method; clean the idle speed measuring hole and the idle speed channel; check the choke valve.
2. Unstable idle speed:
Improper adjustment of idle speed, blockage of idle passage, air leakage of intake connecting pipe, serious wear of throttle valve.
Remedy:
Adjust the idle speed according to the idle speed adjustment method; clean the idle speed measuring hole and the idle speed channel; replace the throttle valve.
3. The gas mixture is too lean:
The oil level in the float chamber is too low, the oil quantity is insufficient or the oil passage is not smooth, the adjustment of the main injector needle is too low, and the air intake part leaks.
Remedy:
Re-check and adjust the height of the oil level in the float chamber; adjust the position of the oil needle; clean and dredge the oil circuit and carburetor measuring hole, etc.; replace damaged parts.
4. The mixture is too thick:
The oil level in the float chamber is too high, the measuring hole becomes larger, the main injection needle is adjusted too high, and the air filter is blocked.
Remedy:
Re-check and adjust the oil level in the float chamber; adjust the position of the oil needle; clean the air filter; replace the measuring hole if necessary.
5. Oil leakage:
The oil level in the float chamber is too high, the gasoline is too dirty, the needle valve is stuck, and the oil drain screw is not tightened
Remedy:
Re-check and adjust the oil level in the float chamber; clean the oil tank; check or replace the needle valve and float; tighten the oil drain screw.
6. High fuel consumption:
The mixture is too thick, the oil level in the float chamber is too high, the air volume hole is blocked, the idle speed is not adjusted properly, the choke valve cannot be fully opened; the air filter is too dirty.
Remedy:
Clean the carburetor; check the choke valve; check and adjust the oil level in the float chamber; replace the air filter; adjust the position of the oil needle.
7. Insufficient horsepower:
The oil channel of the main oil system is blocked, the oil level in the float chamber is too low, the mixture is thin, and the idle speed is not adjusted properly.
Remedy:
Clean the carburetor; check and adjust the height of the oil level in the float chamber; adjust the position of the oil needle; adjust the idle speed according to the idle speed adjustment method.
