Among them, the ZW series compressors are in unit form. They integrate compressors, gas-liquid separators, filters, two-way four-port valves, safety valves, check valves, explosion-proof motors, and chassis into one unit. They are characterized by small size, light weight, low noise, good sealing, easy installation, and simple operation.
This product is mainly used for unloading, loading, tank draining, gas recovery, and residual liquid recovery of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), tetrafluoroethylene (C4), propylene, and liquid ammonia. It is widely used in industries such as gas, chemical, and energy, and is a key equipment in the gas, chemical, and energy industries.
Note: During the unloading process, the compressor pressurizes the gas from the storage tank and injects it into the tanker through the gas phase pipeline. The liquid is pressurized from the tanker to the storage tank by the pressure difference in the gas phase, completing the unloading process. During gas phase pressurization, the gas temperature increases, and forced cooling is not required because if the gas phase is cooled after compression, it is prone to liquefaction, making it difficult to establish a gas phase pressure difference and not conducive to the displacement of gas and liquid phases. In short, it would prolong the unloading process. If gas recovery is required, a cooler can be used to forcibly cool the gas phase during the gas recovery operation to facilitate prompt gas recovery.
The loading process is the reverse of the unloading process.
