    Cryogenic liquid storage tanks are divided into vacuum powder insulation type and atmospheric powder insulation type. Powder insulation uses low thermal conductivity powder, fiber or foam material to reduce heat input. There are two forms: one is the application of ordinary powder insulation (stacked insulation) under atmospheric pressure, the insulation layer is thicker, and it is filled with dry nitrogen to maintain a positive pressure to prevent moisture from entering and condensation, and it is suitable for liquid nitrogen above the temperature; Another type of vacuum powder insulation is to evacuate the space filled with powder to reduce the heat transfer of the gas. At the same time, the powder particles also weaken the radiation heat transfer, making the heat insulation better.

    1.     3. The new welding process, deep penetration welding equipment, single-sided welding and double-sided forming have improved the work efficiency, the appearance is very beautiful, the qualification rate is very high, and the flaw detection qualification rate is basic. All the welding of the circumferential seams adopts automatic welding or deep penetration welding, and all welding seams of the low-temperature vessel are radiographically inspected according to the standard.

    4. The pipe bending is carried out on the CNC pipe bending machine, which strictly guarantees the geometric size of the pipe bending. No elbow butt joint is used, which greatly reduces the pipeline resistance and improves the aesthetics of the outer piping system.

    5. Before loading sand, the moisture and impurities in the insulation layer are replaced by dry heating nitrogen to ensure a dry environment and reduce the source of outgassing.

    6. Ship the newly expanded hot pearlescent sand from the manufacturer to the factory for filling, ensuring the dryness of the pearlescent sand and improving the efficiency of vacuuming. The filling of pearl sand adopts negative pressure adsorption superimposed high-frequency vibration filling technology, the filling ratio of pearl sand is as high as 1.5 times, the pearl sand is uniform and full, and the heat preservation effect is good.

    7. The storage tank adopts a heating process to ensure that the temperature of the inner cylinder is above 100 degrees. By heating the inside, the gas is released in advance, so that the ice formed in the vacuum state is sublimated in advance and the vacuum life is prolonged.

    8. Paint spray anticorrosion, use epoxy zinc-rich primer, spray twice, the thickness reaches 80 microns, and then the middle paint, we use cloud iron middle paint, also after spraying 80 microns twice, then we spray acrylic polyurethane twice The top coat covers the surface; the total thickness of the three layers of paint is about 240 microns; it is much higher than the paint spraying process of general manufacturers.

    9. The inner and outer surfaces of the stainless steel inner tank are degreasing and pickling passivation. The carbon steel outer shell is treated with shot blasting machine steel grit to remove rust. All the rust on the surface of the storage tank is thrown away, and a lot of rust is cast on the surface of the steel plate. The small pits have strong adhesion after spraying the bottom anti-rust paint, which greatly improves the anti-corrosion quality of the paint. It not only ensures the appearance of the storage tank, extends the paint life, but also ensures the life of the vacuum.

    10. Valves, level gauges and vacuum valves are all domestically made, and international Rosemount, Wika, Helos, Best, etc. can also be selected.

    11. The storage tank adopts a double safety valve design, one for backup and one for use; there are safety valves in the middle of the two valves in the pipeline to ensure the safety of the product.
